Top fitness tips

A good physical condition is a base for a lot of good things. You can do more, faster and all of that while enjoying what you do. You can move faster, feel better and get tired less often. For good fitness workouts you can consult many websites, however you should be exercise caution if you have any illness, in which case you should consult with your doctor and a fitness expert, to avoid any complications. Here is a list of tips, considering the most important benefits that a fitness workout can ring to your health.

  1. Exercises boost brainpower. That’s right. A good sanguine circulation empowers the brain. It’s linked to less depression, better memory and quicker learning. Studies also suggest that exercise is, as of now, the best way to prevent or delay the onset of Alzheimer’s disease, a major fear for many Americans.
  2. Did you notice you feel happy after or during a psyhical effort ? That’s right, exercises melt stress, especially the exercises in open nature. Countless studies show that many types of exercise, from walking to cycling, make people feel better and can even relieve symptoms of depression. Exercise triggers the release of chemicals in the brain—serotonin, norepinephrine, endorphins, dopamine—that dull pain, lighten mood and relieve stress. “For years we focused almost exclusively on the physical benefits of exercise and really have ignored the psychological and emotional benefits of being regularly active,” says Cedric Bryant, chief science officer of the American Council on Exercise.
  3. It’s not hard to find time to do some exercises. 30 minutes per day is enough. Even walking fast for 30 minutes, instead of taking the car, it’s proven to lower the probability of infact and brain stroke.
  4. Fitness can help you meet people, is good for your social life!
  5. Exercises strenghten your heart.
  6. You can eat more! If you burn calories you can eat more…. that should be a good carrot to chase.
  7. Your skin looks better. Aerobic exercise revs up blood flow to the skin, delivering oxygen and nutrients that improve skin health and even help wounds heal faster. “That’s why when people have injuries, they should get moving as quickly as possible—not only to make sure the muscle doesn’t atrophy, but to make sure there’s good blood flow to the skin,” says Anthony Hackney, an exercise physiologist at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Train long enough, and you’ll add more blood vessels and tiny capillaries to the skin, too.

Experts recommend that teens get 60 minutes or more of moderate to vigorous physical activity each day.  Exercise benefits every part of the body, including the mind. Exercising causes the body to make chemicals that can help a person to feel good.

Exercise can help people sleep better. It can also help some people who have mild depression and low self-esteem. Plus, exercise can give people a real sense of accomplishment and pride at having achieved a certain goal — like beating an old time in the 100-meter dash.
